That's now two years in a row Steve Ballmer has been cut financially by the Board of Directors because of poor revenue from Microsoft's mobile department.
Surely the Board of Directors will appoint a new CEO within a year to replace Steve Ballmer and mould the company to be once again competitive in new markets like mobile.
